CUSA membership forms for 2009-2010 have now been posted to all current members and to those other U's fans who have requested them by post.

Forms can be handed to a Committee Member at the U's pre-season friendlies or can be returned by post to Membership Secretary, Robbie Anderson. Robbie's address is as follows:

For those requiring a form who do not already have one, or those who require additional forms, the form is now available to download below. Alternatively, forms will be available at the CUSA 'facility' throughout the season.
